Brooks is RSI’s VP of Service.  Brooks is behind the scenes making sure critical tickets get proper attention, as well as making sure the staff’s certifications and education are up to par. She also ensures that our ticket management system is being utilized to its full potential and that our employee customer service training is up to snuff.

Brooks is a Mac College Alumna and attends the First United Methodist Church, where she volunteers on the Children’s ministry team and many children’s programs. Brooks was a stay-at-home mom, then worked as a substitute teacher in the McPherson school district for a few years prior to joining RSI.

She and her husband, Curt, have two adorable girls, Aubrey and Chloe, and an ornery boy, Owen, who may be on a first name basis with the nurses at the ER. Brooks’ dream vacation is anywhere there’s sand and water, but when she’s here at home she enjoys cooking and is pretty darn good at it.
