Raeann Koehn, Service Coordinator

Rae is the oil that keeps our service department running. She sets our ticketing system in motion, tracking and dispatching tickets submitted via email, the self-service portal, and phone. She tracks and prioritizes ticket resolution processes to drive efficiency. Rae has the daunting task of keeping in constant communication with our service techs and there whereabouts, identifying emergency needs and repairs quickly, while keeping our techs mobile and focused. She does an amazing job and is constantly offering her support to the team.

Rae’s jam is sunning on a beach or sitting in her garage watching a thunderstorm roll by. She’s a Packers fan (sorry, Chief’s fans) and a Jayhawk fan. She enjoys cooking, reading suspense novels, music, and exercise, which comes easy with her two little ones. She’s an outdoorsy girl – swimming, boating, or just watching the kids play keeps her pretty content.

Rae Rae married her high school sweetie, Shane, and they have two incredibly cute kids, Edyn and Ryker. (See proof below.) Rae and Shane live in an old farmhouse outside of Canton, and they put a lot of time and energy making it look new again.  They are both pet lovers and the proof is in the barn. Seven goats, several chickens, a St. Bernard, and a Catahoula.
